Who We Are
This privacy policy applies to the website located at https://dapperms.com and all related services operated by Dapper Market Solutions® LLC ("DMS," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan-based company located in South Lyon, MI 48178.
What Personal Data We Collect and Why
We gather various types of personal information from users to personalize and improve our services, manage user accounts and profiles, fulfill service requests, and analyze website usage.
Information You Provide
When you use our services, submit a form, or contact us, you may knowingly supply personal information including your name, email address, phone number, company name, physical location, IP address, and browser cookie information.
Form Submissions & Consent to Communications
When you submit a contact form, inquiry form, or lead magnet download form on our website, you consent to receive communications from Dapper Market Solutions® LLC regarding your inquiry. This may include email, phone calls, and/or text messages related to our products and services. Your contact information may be added to our customer relationship management (CRM) system for follow-up purposes.
You may opt out of receiving further communications at any time by: (i) replying "STOP" to any text message; (ii) clicking the unsubscribe link in any email; or (iii) contacting us at support@dapperms.com. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect any transactional or service-related messages regarding an existing business relationship.
Information Collected Automatically
When visiting our website, logging in, or registering, cookies, advertising beacons, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate your activities with other personal information they or others have about you. We may send communications and marketing messages to email addresses collected this way.
Device Information
We may collect information about your computer or mobile device including device type, unique device identifiers, advertiser ID, IP address, MAC address, operating system, and approximate physical location.
Website Visitor Identification Technology — Universal ID & Identity Graph
Our website uses visitor identification technology powered by Universal IDs and Identity Graph matching ("Identity Resolution") that may identify visitors to our website by name, email address, and/or phone number. Universal IDs are encrypted, industry-standard identifiers derived from authenticated user data — primarily hashed email addresses (HEMs) — rather than tracking cookies. This approach represents an emerging privacy-forward standard in digital advertising and identity resolution.
Unlike cookie-based tracking, this technology does not rely on browser cookies or store tracking files on your device. All identity matching is performed using encrypted, hashed identifiers — no plaintext personal information is used in the matching process. The technology is provided by a third-party data services provider operating under a SOC 2 compliant data pipeline.
How This Technology Works
When you visit our website, our pixel captures behavioral engagement signals associated with your browser session and transmits them, along with encrypted digital identifiers, to our third-party data services provider. Those signals are matched against a consumer Identity Graph — a database of authenticated consumer profiles linked through Universal IDs that contains hundreds of millions of records, enabling resolution of anonymous visitors into identified individuals at the highest probability of match.
The Identity Graph draws on authenticated data sources including: publisher co-registration data, email service provider (ESP) engagement signals, offline consumer databases, financial and credit data sources, and telecommunications records.
Behavioral Signals We Collect
The pixel deployed on our website may collect the following behavioral data:
- Page views and navigation paths
- Scroll depth (including deep scroll events)
- Time spent on page
- Exit intent activity
- Link and button clicks
- File downloads
- Video engagement
- Form submission events
Information Identified
Information identified through this technology may include: first name, last name, personal email address, personal phone number, home address, estimated age, income range, homeowner status, and other consumer attributes derived from third-party data sources.
How We Use This Information
We use this information to: (a) follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in our products or services by visiting our website; (b) send commercial communications about our business offerings; and (c) improve the relevance of our marketing outreach. By visiting our website, you acknowledge and consent to the use of this Universal ID and Identity Graph-based identification technology as described herein.
Your Choices & Opt-Out
Because this technology does not use cookies, standard browser cookie controls and opt-out tools will not prevent it from operating. If you wish to opt out, submit a written opt-out request to support@dapperms.com. We will process your request and transmit your opt-out to our data services provider within 10 business days. California residents have additional rights — see "Your California Privacy Rights" below.
Information Obtained From Third-Party Data Providers
In addition to information you provide to us directly, we may obtain personal information about you from third-party data providers, data brokers, and consumer data platforms. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, demographic information (such as estimated age, income range, and homeowner status), and behavioral intent signals indicating potential interest in products or services like ours.
We use third-party sourced personal information to: (a) send commercial email communications to prospective customers who may be interested in our products or services; (b) conduct direct mail and telephone outreach; (c) serve targeted digital advertising; and (d) build and maintain our customer prospect database.
Third-party data providers from whom we obtain personal information are contractually required to have collected such information in compliance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and applicable state privacy regulations. We conduct our outreach using this data in compliance with all applicable laws, including honoring Do-Not-Call registry registrations and providing clear opt-out mechanisms in all commercial emails.
If you have received a commercial communication from us and did not directly provide us your contact information, we obtained your information from one of our approved third-party data sources.
Deduplication Suppression Lists
To ensure that previously delivered records are not redelivered to the same client in subsequent audience cycles, we retain one-way SHA-256 hashed identifiers derived from email addresses, together with non-personal metadata (client identifier and delivery date), in access-restricted internal storage. These hashed identifiers are pseudonymized data and cannot, in isolation, be reversed to identify individual consumers.
Suppression list entries do not contain consumer names, contact details, postal addresses, demographic attributes, or financial signals. Suppression list entries associated with a client engagement are deleted within 30 days following the conclusion of that engagement, except where retention is required by law or written client instruction.
Consumer rights requests under applicable law (including right-to-know, deletion, and opt-out of sale or sharing) are honored against any associated suppression list entry.
Commercial Email Communications
We may send commercial email communications to individuals whose email addresses we have obtained directly from you or from third-party data sources. All commercial emails we send comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701), which requires that we:
- Clearly identify ourselves as the sender in the "From" field
- Provide an accurate subject line that is not deceptive
- Include our valid physical mailing address in every commercial email
- Provide a clear and conspicuous mechanism to opt out of receiving future commercial emails from us
- Honor all opt-out requests within ten (10) business days of receipt
If you wish to opt out of receiving commercial emails from us, you may: (i) click the unsubscribe link included in any commercial email we have sent you; or (ii) send a written opt-out request to: support@dapperms.com. Once we receive your opt-out request, we will not send you further commercial email communications. Please note that we may still send you transactional or relationship emails related to any existing business relationship.
Telephone Communications & Do-Not-Call Compliance
We may contact individuals by telephone or text message using contact information obtained directly from those individuals or from approved third-party data providers. All telephone outreach we conduct complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC), including the National Do-Not-Call Registry. To learn more about your rights regarding unwanted calls, emails, and texts — or to file a complaint — visit the FTC's consumer guidance at consumer.ftc.gov/unwanted-calls-emails-texts.
We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list. If you wish to be added to our internal Do-Not-Call list and no longer receive telephone communications from us, please contact us at: support@dapperms.com or call (248) 494-8450.
We will honor all Do-Not-Call requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Your request will remain on our internal Do-Not-Call list for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of your request.
